Refund & Cancellation Policy

At YOUNIQUE ENERGY LTD, we are committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our team, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
1. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, 100% of the treatment fee may be charged or deducted from any prepaid package or voucher.
2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time, but we cannot guarantee full treatment duration.

Refunds or time extensions will not be provided for late arrivals.
3. Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of our services, all completed treatments are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with a manager on the same day, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
4. Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers

Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
