About the Role
As a Facial & Massage Therapist with Nail Polish Skills at YOUNIQUE ENERGY – Wellness & Beauty Studio, you will be part of a high-end, holistic wellness environment where beauty, relaxation, and energy-based treatments come together. You will work with premium skincare and beauty brands, advanced treatment techniques, and, when appropriate, incorporate the energy influence of healing crystals and gemstones to enhance the overall client experience. Requirements
Education
Recognized diploma or certification in massage therapy, facial therapy, cosmetology, or skincare from an accredited institution.
Additional training or certification in nail polish application, manicure, and hand care required.
Training in crystal healing or holistic wellness therapies is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of massage therapies (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, crystal therapy, etc.).
Deliver professional facial treatments including cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, exfoliation, and advanced skincare therapies.
Provide nail polish services, including basic manicure, nail shaping, cuticle care, and professional polish application.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and home-care products.
Maintain treatment areas, tools, and equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
Promote additional services and premium products based on client needs.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in massage therapy and facial treatments.
Practical experience in nail polish application and manicure services.
Previous work in a wellness & beauty studio, spa, or hotel spa environment preferred.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and skin health.
Proficiency in facial treatments and professional nail polish techniques.
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of service quality.
